The Christmas season is already in full swing just as the “ber” months begin. And as families prepare to celebrate their most favorite season, Grammy award winning producer and proud Filipino, Apl.de.ap, gathered his family from The Voice for a must-have holiday collaboration album, “Voices Of Christmas.”
FamilyAPL will spread cheer, love, and good music with their renditions of some well-loved Christmas songs given a new twist, courtesy of Apl’s production team, who flew all the way to Manila for this exciting project.

The Voice of the Philippines season 1 discovery Moira dela Torre has written two original Tagalog songs, “Home” and “It’s Christmas”, just for this album. Known to have been the voice behind popular TV jingles, the 17-year old puts on her singersongwriter hat for “Home”, which will find special resonance for those with loved ones who are far and away.
BMBX artist Jessica Reynoso’s Christmas single, “Santa Baby” is also one of the tracks to watch out for in this album. Jessica’s final four finish has already landed her a career under Apl’s label, but this reunion with her family from The Voice makes it all the more special.
Other FamilyAPL greats include power vocalist Janice Javier with “It’s Christmas”, Thor with his soulful version of “Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas”, a fun duet from season 1 and season 2’s Alisah Bonaobra and Stan Perfecto with “Let It Snow”, and host, actor, singer Guji Lorenzana with “Around”, an original written by Apl.de.ap , Vince Nantes, Stephen Shadowen.
Such an album wouldn’t be complete without a collaboration featuring Alisah, Moira, Janice, Jessica, Stan and Thor on the Yuletide classic, “Little Drummer Boy”. In addition, BMBX’s young and talented artist, Miguel Antonio’s heartfelt “The Christmas Song” is also included in this album as a bonus track.
“Voices Of Christmas” and FamilyAPL is a testament that family, friendship, and love are the true meaning of the season.
