After battling it out in the live semis, Justin Alva, Antonetthe Tismo and Joshua Oliveros were chosen by the public to move The Voice Kids Season 3 Grand Finals.
In the 2-night live semifinals held at the Newport Performing Arts Theatre Resorts World Manila Saturday and Sunday August 20 and 21, The Voice Kids 3 Grand Finalists were chosen; Kamp Kawayan’s Justin, Team Sharon’s Antonetthe and and Familea’s Joshua. The three will be competing for the prizes and the title of being the 3rd The Voice Kids Philippines Grand Champion.
Kamp Kawayan and Team Sharon’s top 3 first performed on Saturday. Familea was the last to perform on Sunday followed by the announcement of the grand finalists. Compared to the previous editions where the top from all semifinalists will go to the finals, this season only 3 (1 finalist for each team) were chosen.
Justin Alva who was unsuccessful in his previous attempt at the contest is now going to the finals to represent Kamp Kawayan and the possibility to give Bamboo his back to back championship. Justin who got a total votes of 47.08% beats fellow Kamp Kawayans Heart Salvador 35.12% and Xylein Herrera 17.85%.
Meanwhile, Team Sharon who took the place of Coach Sarah will be represented by the power belter Antonette Tismo. Antonetthe’s 58.36% beats Alvin Dahan who got 32.98% and John Carlo Tan with 8.65%.
And lastly, Familea is putting its hope to get back the championship with Joshua Oliveros. The heartful balladeer who sang “Mama” was voted by 56.15% to get the shot at the championship. He bested fellow Famileas Yessha Calzada 33.71% and Angel Peñaflor 33.71%.

The Voice Kids Season 3 Grand Finals will happen on Saturday and Sunday August 27 and 28.
