One Direction’s “Fireproof” breaks 1 million download in 24 hours

Pop band One Direction sets another world record for their song “Fireproof” after surpassing one million download in just 24 hours.

After the launch of their latest album “Four” on Monday September 8, its track “Fireproof” became the most downloaded free track in history reaching 1,089,278 downloads in a span of just 24 hours.

Since then the album has hit number 1 on the iTunes Album Chart in 67 countries on pre-orders alone.

Fireproof” is written by Louis and Liam with John Ryan, Jamie Scott and Julian Bunetta.

One Direction’s latest album “Four” is set for release this coming November 17. 2014.
