Philpop 2016 Full List of Winners

After winning Himig Handog P-Pop Love Songs 2016 for Davey Langit’s Dalawang Letra, Itchyworms got another accolade after being named Grand Winner at the 2016 Philpop Music Festival.

In the finals night held Saturday, July 23 at the KIA Theatre and hosted by Bella Padilla and the BNO boys, Philpop 2016 crowned “Di Na Muli” by Wally Acolola and Jazz Nicolas and interpreted by the Itchyworms as this year’s Philpop 2016 Grand Winner. The song bested 11 other equally great finalists to become Philpop’s OPM song of the year.

Joining the winners list are Soc Villanueve for “Lahat,” interpreted by The Voice of The Philippines Season 2 Grand Winner Jason Dy and Miguel and Paolo Guico’s “Tinatangi” interpreted by Cookie Chua and Bayang Barrios featuring The Benjamins

Here’s the complete list of winners of Philpop 2016 Music Festival.

Grand Winner – “Di Na Muli” – Wally Acolola and Jazz Nicolas, interpreted by Itchyworms and featuring Jazz Nicolas
1st Runner-up – “Lahat” – Soc Villanueva, interpreted by Jason Dy
2nd Runner-up – “Tinatangi” – Miguel and Paolo Guico, interpreted by Cookie Chua and Bayang Barrios featuring The Benjamins

Special Awards
Best Music Video – “Tinatangi”
Maynilad’s People Choice Award – “Lahat”
