Himig Handog P-Pop Love Songs has always the “youth factor” in its set of interpreters. For the past years, Daniel Padilla has given the competition the young/fresh vibe that converts to commercial success to the songs he interpreted and the Himig Handog P-Pop Love Songs Album itself.
This year, Himig Handog P-Pop Love Songs 2016 again put the youth vibe in its list of interpreters with the inclusion of teen love teams Marlo Mortel and Janella Salvador for Kiko Salazar’s “Mananatili” and Bailey May and Ylona Garcia for Honlani Rabe and Jack Rufo’s “O Pag-ibig.”
MarNella, Marlo Mortel and Janella Salvador’s tandem gained attention when they were paired in the hit daytime teleserye “Be Careful With My Heart”. It was then followed by another successful series “O My G” where their chemistry in music was discovered via the song “M O O.”
Meanwhile, BaiLona of Bailey May and Ylona Garcia started during their stint in Pinoy Big Brother house for PBB 737 edition. Their chemistry in music was seen during one of their tasks where they need to come-up with a mini concert performance.
Now that they are tasked to give life to their song entries, who do you think is the better teen love-team interpreters in this year’s Himig Handog P-Pop Love Songs 2016?
Is it MarNella for Kiko Salazar’s “Mananatili”?
BaiLona’s “O Pag-ibig” by Honlani Rabe and Jack Rufo?
Be the judge, vote now for your favorite teen interpreters in Himig Handog P-Pop Love Songs 2016.
