After announcing his coming to Manila for the Summer Sun Music Festival, Robin Thicke confirmed he won’t be able to see his Filipino fans yet.

In a Facebook post on Summer Sun Music Festival page, Thicke announced that he’s cancelling his trip to the country due to knee surgery.

“Hello Manila, Robin Thicke here. I feel so bad. I have to apologize for not being able to make the show. I’ve had an unexpected knee surgery and due to complications, I’ve been advised by my doctor not to travel right now,” Thicke said.

The concert organizers also issued a statement asking apologies for the unforeseen circumstances which causes Thicked to skip the event.

“We are saddened by this unexpected situation that Robin Thicke won’t be able to come and perform on April 30 due to a medical condition. However, we are still pushing thru in making this music festival a one of a kind summer experience for everyone. New line up will be released soon.”

Robin Thick was suppose to headline the Summer Sun Music Festival Manila along with other performers like Fedde Le Grand, Shogun, Jonn Hart and Filipino acts at theGlobe Circuit Events Ground.
