Singer-Actress and MYX VJ Tippy Dos Santos released her self-titled album under Universal Records.
The album produced by Ito Rapadas consist of seven tracks featuring its carrier single “Parang Wala Lang” written by DJ Andre Torre.
According to Tippy the song is about coping-up with break-ups. The thought when you’re going through a hard time letting go while the other party seems un-affected.
“When I first heard the demo, I fell in love with it right away. I guess the excitement also came from the fact that I could relate to the message of the song,” Tippy said.
The official music video of the song has also premiered on MYX Channel last September featuring her and actor Marc Neumann.
Before getting into recording, Tippy was busy acting. She was cast alongside Sam Concepcion in the musical film “Idobidobidoo” and became part of several theater musicals like “Seussical,” “Beauty and the Beast,” “Children’s Letters to God,” “The Little Mermaid,” “Peter Pan” and “Grease.”
Meanwhile, at the 2013 Philpop Music Festival, Tippy was part of the Grand Prize Winning Song “Dati” (composed by Thyro and Yumi) with Sam Concepcion and Quest.
Tippy Dos Santos’ self-titled debut album under Universal Records will be available on October 9, 2015 at all leading record bars nationwide. The carrier single Parang Wala Lang can also be downloaded on iTunes, Amazon & Spinnr and song preview on Deezer.
